The Terminal 2004

Jake Cole’s review:
Hands down Spielberg's weakest direction. Scarcely feels like a professional shot this, much less one of the great stylists of cinema. Tonally, it's all over the place, with Spielberg trying to comment on America's farcical new security measures but too timorous to really condemn them. Slapstick was made for two-reelers and features that rarely even hit the 90-minute mark. At two hours, this is nearly interminable.
