Letterboxd — Your life in film

Steve Carell dials down the Michael Scott, takes some Karate Kid-style life lessons from a well-dressed man, and sets about making up for lost time following the break up of his 25-year marriage. This fares better than most of its type in knowing its genre and trying to keep a step ahead of its audience. (Hollywood, please give Liza Lapira more scenes like those to steal.)
