Goes out of its way to offend everyone, but not in a particularly witty way. I had high hopes (no pun intended) after how much I enjoyed the first one. Some jokes landed but too many missed the mark. If you're looking for an extremely R-rated movie with surprisingly clever and effective use of 3D, see "Jackass 3D" instead.
