There are worse things in the world than this film, like cancer, or getting your butt stuck to the drainage pipe of a pool and having your intestines sucked out your anus.
I liked this film a lot when I was 13... I still like it now - it was certainly an innovative idea for '97. Perhaps I have seen it too many times or the rose tint is fading in my glasses, but at 25 this isn't quite as brilliant as I swore it was a decade ago. Either way it makes for an interesting concept, and some good pre-Saw deaths.
I may have also changed my mind as of your review... I HATE THAT.
I loved the concept initially and still look back at it fondly. It was a really interesting concept, albeit executed badly.
Executed badly? Really the worst thing you could say about this movie is that the acting can be fairly uneven throughout. I'd say for the low-budget they executed the concept quite well, in my opinion anyway.
