A deeply moving portrait of a man who lives by his convictions. Wim Wenders brilliantly uses the “Interrotron” to capture impactful intimate footage of Pope Francis seemingly staring into our eyes and speaking directly to our souls with authority and wisdom yet profound love and compassion. Difficult not to be moved to tears by these and other images of the Pope visiting and comforting the sick and marginalized, and also receiving that love and adulation from seas of people all over the world.
