If you loved Alien, you'll enjoy this flik simply because of the graceful way so many bridges were made between it and the prior. Solid story, though it takes some of the mystery out but adds different mysteries in their place but without the same awe. Lovely film work...beautiful to look at and feel.
The first 3/4 is wonderful, but the last quarter is a little hectic and seems a bit gory for the sake of pleasing 19 year-old boys who play video games and needs to gore to take them to another level.
All in all, solid film. Lots to love. Worth the bucks.
