It's not particularly eventful but it's incredibly engrossing.

It shows its flaws second time around but it is still a gut-punch of a film.

The amazing, adrenaline fueled set-pieces are such highs it can feel a little slow during the downtime. But I guess that is what makes it one of the most realistic and visceral contemporary war films ever. Classy Filmmaking.

Grotesque, incoherent and laughably incompetent. Yet I still strangely enjoyed it.
