Stage Fright 1987
Joe D'Amato (Anthropophagus) Produced this low budget Film for Michele Soavi, who Directed this flick in where these Actors are working on a stage show about a Serial Killer, And wouldn't you know it; an inmate from the nearby Asylum breaks loose and decides to add an authentic angle to all the stage kills. Soavi shows us a lean, mean movie with a lot of memorable Argento inspired set pieces and a good helping of gore.

Phenomena 1985
Jennifer Corvino(Jennifer Connelly) has to ability to communicate with insects. She is sent to a Swiss Boarding school for girls; where a Serial Killer is murdering the students, Jennifer meets John Macgregor(Donald Pleasence), a scientist who studies insects who encourages her to use her ability to find the killer before he finds her. This is one of my Favorite from the Golden Argento age of Cinema, from the Dreamy Score (Bill Wyman)that opens the film, Macgregor's chimpanzee assisstant who later arms herself with a scalpel, the gory attacks on the students, and the last part of the film where all hell breaks loose!
