Ferris Bueller's Day Off 1986 ★★★★

Rewatched Jul 12, 2012

DVD: John Hugh's love letter to Chicago (this is the only movie he shot in scope) is easily one of his best. Once again, this is from a time when comedies didn't have flashy editing and weren't over 2 hours long. You put funny people on screen, put the camera on a tripod, and just let 'em rip.
