This movie isn't necessarily a mess, but it certainly is boring. There are maybe two or three things in it that feel inspired, and the rest just makes you want to fall into a coma. I don't know whose idea it was to alter the major plot points of the original Total Recall into less entertaining pieces, but they should be scolded. Consider this generic and unnecessary remake future TV fodder.

PS - I think I'm done with Jessica Biel. She can go now.
