In this movie, everything in Viëtnam is dark and blue.

Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope 1977

    ★★★★ Rewatched 11 Apr, 2012

The first one from the original series. I have to say, I've seen the new trilogy in the last weeks and the difference in special effects, scenery and sound is too hard. But the movie is still brilliant. Great acting, incredible music that fits the movie perfect and brilliant story.

It probably was extremely awesome at the time and the trend for a new generation of sci-fi movies.

    One of the classics. Forever.

Seriously. What a crap movie. Shitty acting, worst dialogue, and an awfull plot.
The concept is great, and the mystery in the story too, I just wished somebody else produced this movie and had casted better actors in it.
    Avoid this movie.

Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith 2005

    ★★★★ Rewatched 02 Apr, 2012

This review reportedly contains spoilers. I can handle the truth.

The only one from the new-star-wars trilogy I really liked. This is the one movie where all pieces of the puzzle fall together, and it's a pleasure to experience.
The action scenes are magnificent and grand, the opening scene with the space battle sets the atmosphere for the whole movie.
The ending scene when Darth Vader gets is mask is epic.

You have to sit through the two first movies, just to watch this one, but it's worth it.

    On…

Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones 2002

    ★★★ Rewatched 28 Mar, 2012

I think this is the worst Star Wars movie made. Nevertheless it's still a good movie. Great action scenes in the end, a action-packed chase scene.
Didn't really like the lovestory between Padme and Anakin, and the acting of Hayden Christensen is not very good...

  • Clerks

    Clerks 1994

    ★★★ Watched 28 Mar, 2012

Original and authentic indie movie. Filmed in black and white, and with great conversations. Something like Ferris Bueller, but for adults.
Trivia: Kevin Smith shot the movie in a real convenience store, so he had to film the whole movie at night. Sold his whole comic book collection to fund this movie.

  • Black Swan

    Black Swan 2010

    ★★★★ Watched 23 Mar, 2012

One of the best acting performances I've ever seen. Natalie Portman is fragile but destructive, lovable but impossible.
This movie is frightening and beautifull at the same time. Aranofsky is a fucking genious.

    Must see!

Indie version of Kick ass. Inferior version by the way. More explicit violence, less funny. Bonus points for Ellen Page.

A movie about Scorsese's love for the movies... Beautiful decors and costumes... Was a bit too long to keep me entertained, but was a decent movie.
I didn't see this one in 3D since I hate 3D, but I guess it would've been nice.

Technically not a zombie movie, but this movie alone gave the zombie-afterlife genre a new birth. Absolute classic.

Afterwards I wished this movie's length was 30 minutes or less. Zombieland was awesome, this movie isn't.
