Live Free or Die Hard 2007
I've seen worse, but for a movie in the die hard trilogy I expected more, much more. Not the same funny oneliners, not the same good story.

Man on the Moon 1999
Great movie about a great comedian. Very impressive performance by Jim Carrey.
-
Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol 2011
MI: Ghost protocol is all about Tom Cruise extremely loving himself, supercool gadgets (all working on iDevices apparently) and extremely long action scenes...
Bonus points for the cleavage of Léa Seydoux -
Moonrise Kingdom 2012
Wes Anderson is a hero.
-
Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium 2007
Natalie Portman is stunningly beautifull in this movie!
-
Mr. Nobody 2009
Absolutely great movie. Can't understand why there wasn't more fuzz about this movie, it's a masterpiece. Visually stunning, great music, good acting, very intriguing story.

Pirates of Silicon Valley 1999
There's so much not to like about this movie (the acting just to name one thing), but it's also a great view on one of the most exciting evolutions of the last 30 years, with an accurate background view of the facts between Apple and Microsoft (and IBM and Xerox).
This is the history of personal computing, and even my girlfriend got interested by the story...

Punch-Drunk Love 2002
I was surprised by Adam Sandler's job to play this character, but he did well. It's an intriguing but also irritating lovestory. It's nothing like I ever seen and left me with a strange feeling.
-
Puss in Boots 2011
A dissapointment. I expected more from Dreamworks, especially after Shrek. There was just too little humor in this movie.

Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale 2010
A dark and intruiging Scandinavian movie. The theme is awesome, but the story is a little thin.
