For the most part, surprisingly excellent. Great performances from the two leads and the found footage/documentary conceit actually makes sense. The ending is so unbelievably shit though that all the creepy, atmospheric business that went before is all but undone, causing it to plummet from a solid 4 stars to a disappointing 2 and a half. Pity.
