Still enjoyed this, but went down a little. Many of the moments are strong it's very funny. But the best Marvel movies have its story grounded in character, this one is grounded in plot. The highs are high. But it can be a little turgid at times.
But the Hulk/Hulkbuster battle. My God. So good.
I found I respected a lot of the choices this film made rather then actually enjoyed watching it.
Once I realized this is really a Jennifer Jason Leigh film with Jason Patric playing more a support for her story I found I was enjoying the film much more. Think a lot of the narrative bumps I felt will work better on a rewatch.
There are scenes that are pretty amazing, and the direction is really rock solid, there's nothing in this film to imply a first time film maker, let alone someone who would only make this one film. Worth a watch

We don't have a Lola Fett or another person named Tarkin. For a universe that is supposed to be large and expansive, we don't have the issues the prequels have, where the same families of people keeping meeting generations of the same families.
