If I was asked which "Pirates of The Caribbean" film was my favourite, I'd say whichever one first popped into my head. It's so difficult to pick a favourite as they are all so much the same, but so different at the same time. But all four of them feature on my "Top 100 Films Of All Time."
When I first watched "On Stranger Tides," I did think it was the worst from the franchise, but several viewings later I've learnt to love it even more and it's now merged into the other three into a blur of pirates, commodores, low cut tops and a whole host of stabbing and plundering.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm a massive fan of the series, and this film didn't disappoint. If you loved the rest then this is a fantastic time. If you didn't, this film has nothing to offer that the other three dont, apart from a very near sighting of a mermaid's nipple.
