Same here, it was mindblowing!! i love Kurosawa, epic film making. narrative style and cinematography adds a lot to it.
Even i have seen just this one too but from i have read.... Ran, Yojimbo and Ikiru are his best, don't know about his other movies.

Today they release the Criterion Collection Blu-ray of Rashomon!!! I can't wait to watch that sucker :)
@Del, I recommend you watch 'Seven Samurai' and 'The Hidden Fortress' a couple quality film from Kurosawa.
@Javier great! Rashomon is my 2nd favorite movie ever. timeless classic.
