Pain & Gain 2013
Michael Bay is one for explosions, crude humor, beautiful people, extravagant settings and from time to time stereotypical dialogue. This was no different, but I don't hate that. The movie starts off slow, getting to know our characters we will be following from dim witted expectations to dim witted planning and dim witted execution. These guys are morons, but ignorantly so. At the conclusion we are left with the same exact questions plus ones that pertain mostly to the story we just watch unfold. The story never progresses at all and still doesn't answer any of it's own questions for a narratives sake.
Visually stunning, great artistic design, to…
