Second viewing of one of my favourite films of last year. After the brutal experience of the first viewing, it was just as good to watch it a second time and appreciate the craft and attention that was put into making this film.
I loved the fact that the film has a sense of a logic that is being played out that neither the viewer nor the protagonists fully understand. it would be an interesting theoretical exercise to see the script/film that explains this logic - what are the "druids" trying to achieve? who are the people on the Kill list - whats their story? what happens directly after the final scene?
