Wonderful, charming, heartwarming, exciting, thought-provoking, funny, marvelous and simply beautiful movie about life itself. And with some even better performances by all the actors. I am so touched.

What a great movie! I had no idea - and thats although I have seen it before.
The whole comparison of real life to a comic world. The evil in a scarred child. And the entire scene setting, so dark, so depressing, so not life-reassuring. Amazing.

Having tried to watch this movie on the side I was now finally able to give it my full attention. The attention it deserves. Johnny Depp not playing a pirate or in any of Tim Burtons work is a nice change. And he does it very well. Knowing the ending I was even better able to pay attention to the subtle hints the director lays throughout the movie, maybe even giving away the ending. It was a slow but still action packed movie and I sure liked it.
