I'm ecstatic that The Castle is too popular for an 'underrated' list. I'm surprised that Castaway On The Moon would be considered fantasy. Its certainly whimsical, and it does contains moments of personal fantasies and day dreams, but theres nothing fantastical about it.
Believe it or not, Fired Up is actually pretty damn hilarious. It's got the cliche guys hitting on cheerleaders aspect but the writing is fantastic. Every joke is sharply written and they all just work. Watch it if you get a chance.

I would suggest Danny Deckchair and Cosi, both great examples of that Aussie oddball humor with heart and soul.
Death at A / The Funeral.
That film I brilliant, and just hilarious.
@Zeljka: Sorry, I seemed to have missed your suggestions. Added both.
@Victor: I hope you mean the British original and not the US remake.
@Adam - You insult me, haha. I'll let you figure it out. And pray, you know which one I'm referring to...
Hint: It has Peter Dinklage in it.

@Patrick: Adding it now.
It's about high time we get Pierre Étaix's works into the limelight:
Yo Yo
Le Grand Amour
As Long As You've Got Your Health
Le Souspirant
Happy Anniversary
Rupture
Those are the ones on LB right now. Criterion just released the first official home-video release of the movies, and boy are they great.
Added.
Coming to Blu-ray from Vinegar Syndrome is this movie called The Telephone Book, which fits best here.
