Bud and Lou wreak havoc in a radio station while hot on the heels of a killer. Unfortunately, the comedy bits are mostly lame, and with a story that doesn't give a tin shit about the mystery at hand, there's no reason for us to, either (when the killer was revealed, I had no clue who it was). Harmless, but no need to give it a look.
