I was able to see the assembly cut and it was a really solid movie.

I really enjoyed watching part I - I've seen it several times.
This part totally relies on the ideas behind the first one - plot follows exactly the same path and most of the gags are not funny at all.
If you consider watching it - it's better to watch part I one more time..

I've seen "Friends with benefits" before so the idea was not new to me. I personally don't like Ashton Kutcher's acting and maybe my opinion is biased because of that.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
