It's a nice historical-fiction flick about the hardships of censorship the Monty Python troupe had when releasing their masterpiece "Life of Brian."
Although it mainly follows the plot of Cleese and Palin preparing for the debate on Friday Night Satuday Morning, there are many nods to past and future Python collaborations (catch the Spamalot reference if you can). Remember, some of what the film depicts is true, but most of it is fabricated for humour's sake.
If you love Monty Python, you'll love this zany film.
If you Love the Beatles, Eric Idle and parody, this great mockumentary is perfect for you.
The "Pre-Fab Four" Dirk, Stig, Nasty, and Barry take England and the United States by storm. It's basically a perfect parody of the entire career of The Beatles. From the Cavern club, Ed Sullivan Show to shot for shot remake of the "I Am The Walrus" it's just a perfect film.
The songs in this are perfect parody of different Beatles songs mixed together or just with a different tune. Personal favourite is "Ouch" (parody of Help!)
