After being disappointed with several of the big budget super hero films in 2011, it was nice to see an original and realistic take on normal people getting super powers.

That being said, it's definitely not perfect...this is really a movie aimed at teens, so the angsty main character can get annoying. And I'm not sure the found footage aspect really added anything.

It's a fun ride though, and if anything, it was cool to see Seattle get trashed at the end.
