Gangster Squad; though filtered with an all star cast, deeply suffers from underdeveloped characters, repulsive usage of writing, and poorly constructed direction. Ryan Gosling, one of my personal favourite artists, delivered a, somewhat, appalling performance. The film offers a great lack of consistency. So, unfortunately, Gangster Squad receives a: 1.5/5

I was incredibly intrigued with the past of John Lennon. 'Nowhere Boy' specifies on his late teens; a somewhat challenging period of his life. The film focuses well on the characters; e.g John Lennon, his guardian Mimi, and his enthused mother, Julia. The performances all-round were believable. Aaron Johnson especially. Check this one out!

So, Raiders of the Lost Ark. First approaching this film, I was incredibly intrigued in the character of Indiana Jones. Evidently, an important character of cinema. But man was I disappointed. Raiders of the Lost Ark contains mundane, unlikable characters, a tremendously weak villain, and (in my opinion) a pretty mediocre production altogether.

It's like witnessing Batman as The Joker. What an odd transition. A disturbingly hilarious feature. American Psycho is certainly in my top 10.
