Matt Shiverdecker’s review published on Letterboxd:
James Bobin's 2011 reboot of the franchise was legitimately funny and had charm to spare. This time around, everything feels stale. There are a few great gags, but the movie mostly feels like they started making it without a script and figured they could work it all out in the end. Highly disappointing on every level.
