Atmospheric, creepy low-budget horror film from the 1970s, i.e. my scary movie sweet spot. Not as consistently spooky as I'd hoped, given its cult following (including, famously, Stephen King) but does provide some genuinely disturbing moments along the way in its ambiguous narrative about haunting and madness.
