Underrated British crime movie directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kick Ass) and adapted from his own novel by J.J. Connolly. Michael Gambon is superb as the old-school gangster cynically playing all ends against the middle. Daniel Craig is unusually vulnerable as the naive up-and-comer who constantly gets his come-uppance.
