500 movies whose poster art has been influenced by the colour yellow. Its taken a few months a lot of trawling but I finally nailed 500 movies that have taken me around the world and around numerous genres from Tarzan to Bollywood and Westerns to Art house. Hope this list is visually striking to any viewers and helps you find a mellow yellow classic! Thanks to all those who helped with their suggestions - Good Job people.

500 is a challenge! I will have to take a deep breath before I decide whether I can find 500 - but if I go for the foreign movies I may just make it ;-)

I don't think I saw Glorious 39 on the list, its not an overtly yellow poster buts I think it counts?
