Right chaps, one hour to write a film. Go.
An hour? What could we do it about? An hour.
Yep, one hour. One h…Oh, 59 minutes, 20 seconds. 19. 18…
Oooh, it's about time!
Brilliant! Quick, time sayings: not enough hours in the day.
Don't waste my time!
Wait, is that about what we're doing now…?
Real time!
For a few to be immortal, many must die!
Yes! Er…?
No one has to die before their time!
Oooh, just smoosh those together!
We need a star who's name works in…in…in…Justin! Just. In. Time. Get it?
No. Wait. Yes!
Man, this stuff writes itself...
Does this mean you didn't like it???
It did feel a little bit like being slapped across the face with a wet Salvadore Dali clock whilst Justin Timberlake yelled "It's about time! Get it!?! Time!!!!!".
It wasn't terrible, but I won't go out of my way to watch it again. So, no, I didn't really like it.
I feel we had a similar experience.....

Heh! Yep. Cliche overload.
I haven't seen it because I was thrown out by all the poor reviews. That's unfortunate because the storyline seemed interesting.
I think there could have been a good story in there, although having time as a major theme risks descending into heavy-handed metaphorical treatment. And I'm afraid Niccol falls into that trap, despite, no doubt, the best intentions. From my own point of view, I didn't get anything out of it except the opportunity to write a ridiculous review.
This is a sci-fi trojan horse... with a chicks love story inside
But... but I liked the puns...
I can't say I fully agree, but I did find myself giggling while reading this review, and I'm sure there's some truth to it.
I still think Harlan Ellison should adapt "Repent, Harlequin!" into some visual format, seeing as this film takes similar concepts and misses by a lot. Then again, "I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream" deserves an adaptation more.
