It's great!

I can't speak for the screenplay in comparison to the book, but taken on its own terms it's just a great movie. Tom Cruise owns and delivers probably his best performance in years. He completely embraces the character as written and dominates the screen. He's got great support too, with the lovely jubbly Rosamund Pike and Richard Jenkins. He always makes me smile.

One thing I didn't like though, and maybe the guys who have read the book…
