One word movie review : EPIC

More than half way through the year and this movie still stands out as my favorite so far. It's hard to say that my opinion is unbiased as a hockey fan but that is what makes this movie even better for me. Like no other hockey movie before, even Slap Shot, this film makes it a point to stay true to the unwritten code of hockey while still having fun with it.
"Two rules man... Stay away from my fuckin' percocets... and do ya have any fuckin' percocets????"

Wow.... I can see how people will be standing on both sides of the fence on this one, granted you're actually able to sit through the whole thing. I bet a majority of you won't. I got wrapped up in this one. Just kept wanting to see how much further it could go. And just when you think it can't. BOOM.
