It's not that I'm disappointed, I enjoyed it and I will definitely see the next films, but I do hope they won't drag as much as this one. Some scenes seemed out of context, the pacing was off, but still... It's Tolkien and Jackson.

The acting was top-notch, music sent chills down my spine, views were breathtaking.

More handsome dwarves, I say!

I think I have to see it again to fully grasp the intricacies of the plots. All of the 5 storylines could be fully-fledged films, and good ones, too.

Saw it a couple of days ago, and I'm still impressed by it.

A brilliant re-invention of the vampire film. No sparkly, overtly-dramatic and romantic parodies of vampires that we came to know and hate. It's a solid, dark and fresh film set in the gloomy north. Worth every minute spent on it.

Nice animation and an interesting idea for the plot. It was too short to accomplish something really good, but Batman still rocks.
