The People That Time Forgot 1977
I never caught this sequel to THE LAND THAT TIME FORGOT in my youth, but I'm pretty sure I'd've been as distracted by Dana Gillespie then as I was now. Enjoyable yarn though, and movies like this make me yearn for the days of practicality: the amount of explosives, incendiaries, fireballs, etc., they used for the climax is just something you don't see anymore, and for shame, for shame.

The Land That Time Forgot 1975
I must've seen this movie six or seven times when I was a kid, catching it on Creature Features, late night showings, and monster marathons. This is my first rewatch in 20 or 25 years, and it brings back good memories. I never felt it was cheesy then, nor now, and I'm especially happy to catch DVD- or adult-only details like the dying, crying dinosaurs who were just protecting their eggs, the civility of wartime enemies, and more.
