As a documentary I don't think it's particularly good. I think good documentaries can engage people who weren't interested in the subject matter before hand. With that said I quite enjoyed this and I think anyone that finds the script process interesting should enjoy the film, although when you come down to it, the film is basically a series of anecdotes from talking heads.
