Editor: "So what exactly is this project?"
Director: "It's about an orphaned boy in WWII and the harrowing series of traumatising worst-case-scenarios he has to endure in order to survive. Many scenes are filled with grotesque, barbaric violence. We very carefully planned and shot the film to make everything seem as realistic as possible. Realism what we're going for here."
Editor: "Wow. Sounds heavy. Got any specific notes for me before I start?"
Director: "Make sure to get the Wilhelm scream in there somewhere."

It’s 2am in the early hours of Sunday morning. The biggest film of the year – ‘Interstellar’ – has been on release for two days, and so far I’ve seen it twice.
