Undoubtedly the strongest film at Frightfest 2012, in my mind.
Compelling and grim with outstanding acting from Vincent d'Onofrio and Eamon Farren.
The story of how a disturbed man moulds a young boy as a father would want his son to grow up; to follow in his footsteps.
I can now let go of the disappointment I felt all those years ago, for her Boxing Helena.
See this if you want to watch an intelligent horror film.
