Very goofy comedy, though with a surprisingly sweet center about the growing pains of friendship throughout life. I got a bit tired of the constant dick/homosexual jokes but that's their style, so it comes with the territory. There's a slow stretch in the middle/end, but definitely picks up and careens into madness for the last bit. The last scene is amazing.

Contemplative, methodical drama about family and hatred. Very slow, but very well-acted (possibly the world's most sedate Michael Shannon performance) and gorgeously shot.

Hurry, block the door with this small piece of wood, which I'm sure is that chainsaw's only weakness!

Interesting attempt at adapting a book of movie trivia into a feature film? I liked the bits that were actually about the "Making of Psycho," but there was way too much invented drama about the Hitchcocks' relationship and way not enough of the Anthony Perkins lookalike.
