Kill List 2011

Mumbles’s review:
On second viewing still as harrowing and unsettling. Brilliant use of sound and editing makes for tense watching with an ugly feeling of foreboding.
Did I make any real sense of it a second time? Not really. The first time I saw Kill List it stuck in my head for days afterwards, making me question the motives, symbolism and plot but coming to no real conclusion. I can understand why this leaves a lot of viewers perturbed and frustrated ... especially with the climactic scene.
It did however remind me that this film is what a horror should strive to be. Disturbing stuff that certainly leaves a mark.

I tried to read it this time as the antichrist incarnate, being drawn to fulfill his destiny, The Director also comments that their is Arthurian legend stuff involved here too.
