Global Asylum films at their atrocious best! Jake Busey chomping his lines like a champ and Dominique Swain Seems to try hard not to out act the rest of the cast.
Awful, fun.

A wonderful film. If you aren't familiar with either the previous films or the comics, you may be a little lost with the characters, but the action pieces and dollops of comedy should tide you through.
