Congratulations, "Last Days," you are no longer the most boring movie I have ever seen.

So much better than you think.

Answers the question, What would it be like if Michel Gondry made boring movies instead of interesting ones?

Love him or hate him, there is nobody else like Tarantino making movies today. No, you know what, strike that.

    Love him.

  • Silver Linings Playbook 2012

    ★★ Watched 19 Feb, 2013

I don't remember the last time I was this angry at a movie.

As someone who has spent a lot of time with bipolar people, the way they are portrayed here was downright offensive to me.

The last thirty minutes were okay, if only because for once there was no yelling and fighting.

I don't get any of the film's eight Oscar nominations. Nothing special happened here. Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence are over-the-top stereotypes, Robert DeNiro apparently got nominated…

Not at all what I expected. A very smart action thriller with some stunning visuals and a welcome dose of dry humor. Not for the squeamish.

  • Liberal Arts 2012

One of the things I loved most about Josh Radnor's "HappyThankYouMorePlease" was that it is populated by real people. "Liberal Arts," sadly, is not. Not the greatest script, but the performances are good and the soundtrack is beautiful.
