Zero Stars. This barely qualifies as a movie, frankly. After a meandering 10+ minute introduction the movie skips from scene to scene, continually repeating itself before stopping before any conclusion. Yes, the movie stops with no conclusion and then proceeds to roll a slow crawl of credits that take up the final 12 minutes of the runtime. If I didn't no better I'd say the "movie" was nothing more than a collection of discarded FMV cutscenes from a mid-90s CD based game.
