Maybe it helped that my expectations were made so low by all the negative reviews, but I found Trank's version of Fantastic Four to be a lot of fun!
It managed to keep me entertained for the majority of its runtime, which is all I ask for from a film about Stretch Armstrong and his similarly weird buddies.
Although, I can admit that it wasn't perfect - the second half felt rushed (from where they literally skip an entire year), especially the final battle when *SPOILER* Doom quickly met his... doom?
There are much weaker Marvel movies out there if you ask me.
As expected, The Wolf of Wall Street is an incredible film. Dare I say, it's possibly Scorsese's most entertaining (and without a doubt funniest) film to date. As usual, DiCaprio gives it his all and delivers a stellar performance, as do the rest of the cast. So, you may ask, why didn't I give it the full 5 stars? And the answer would be: continuity errors!
