Still one of the very best action adventure movies... but, that ending? If I handed a script in where the hero gave up, and then *God* turned up and saved everyone, I would get my ass handed to me. Which is not necessarily to say it's a bad ending, but it's bug-fuck crazy.

Now, Crystal Skull is not even in the same league, but when people complain about the aliens turning up at the end, I have to remind them that at the end of Raiders, God saves everyone. God. Once more: God.
