This is what I can only imagine, a pretty realistic view on what it must be like, to be a teacher in todays inner city schools. Done in an pseudo-documentary style, the movie does a great job of not taking sides. It might be a little bit too liberal for some tastes, but it´s hard not to be moved, as you follow this class and its teacher for a whole school year. Dangerous Minds it ain't.
