Re-watched this on Blu Ray the other day and it was like watching it for the first time. It had been about 7 or 8 years since I last watched it and for me personally it's Cronenberg's best film. A great mix of typical Cronenberg body horror and a heart breaking love story fused together and Jeff Goldblum giving an incredible performance, makes this a stand out horror/Sci fi from the 80's.
