Ninja III: The Domination 1984

Paul Corupe’s review:
This sequel doesn’t quite live up to the second film in the series, even though it has an absurd plot and some decent action. They must have decided that Sho Kosugi couldn’t carry a film, because in this one, an evil ninja assassin bestows his powers on a woman before dying from gunshot wounds from police. Whenever the girl sees one of the cops who shot the ninja, he possess her body and does them in. Kosugi arrives to ”finish” the job by coaxing the ninja back to his own body and defeating him. This Cannon release feels cheaper than most of their work, and the magic angle doesn’t really work in the context of the series—ninjas should have awesome powers, but they’re not wizards.
What? Only three stars for this masterpiece?!??!?
Wait, what? I only gave it three stars too? Oh...uh...nevermind....
Everybody knows that NINJA 2 is the shit.
I don't know that. And I'm very knowledgeable about these things.
