Dumb action movie from Crown International is a low-budget rip off of Thunderball. A balding ex-Navy man reunites with his ex-girlfriend when he takes an assignment to deactivate a stolen nuke. There’s only a handful of actors and locations in this thing, which makes the whole “international crisis” angle a little ludicrous.
