Cute, yet not clever. Doesn't have the magic that Pixar tends to offer, yet still manages to be good in its own way. The story was better than I had hoped, save for one false note which bothered me. I liked that BRAVE was different than I expected, yet felt that the filmmakers' ambition didn't soar high enough to match the brilliance of Pixar's other films.

3D was fair, nothing extraordinary.
