Letterboxd — Your life in film

This movie had me at Emma Stone, but lost me at Steve Carrell

Fantastic performances by all the leads in this. Strong contender for movie of the year with Drive.

This film is like getting punched in the balls....repeatedly. I LOVED IT !

I got to meet Tommy Wiseau at the screening. It was wonderful as usual !

A pretty darn decent thriller all in all. The lead was solid in both roles, but it just felt a little cheap and sleazy in one spot that killed it for me.

Very average movie overall, but that doesn't mean that I hated it. Very solid performances anchor this movie, but it only gets 2.5 because of how "average" it felt. The hype really destroyed my hopes for this "gore fest" of a film.

Wasn't great by any means, but it was enough to keep me entertained.

Definitely not one of my favorite "early" Argento films, but it was well shot with a few flourishes that will creep into his later work. Not a bad effort all in all.

well, it was a movie. With words and sets...and not much else.
